Yahoo’s Search Assist
Yahoo has upgraded their search platform to now incorporate search assist.
Here is a quote from their blog about the new upgrades:
we want to get you from “to do” to “done.” Whatever it is you want to do: research a topic, find a website, plan a vacation, research a medical condition, view a funny video, or any of the other billions of queries we get from users — their intents expressed via a few keywords in a search box.
I think this is a great step for Yahoo! to make in regards of displaying SERP and generally helping a user focus in on what they are truely looking for. So if you have some free time, go on over to Yahoo! and check out their new search assist feature. I think you will like it, I know I did.
